Welcome to Everspell Academy. By accessing the website or using the Discord bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Everspell Academy is a Discord-based roleplaying game operated as an independent project. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean the Everspell Academy team.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Everspell Academy, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
3. Your Account
Your Everspell Academy account is tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord ID. We do not provide separate account registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the game
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
- Circumvent any bans or suspensions issued by the moderation team
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
5. Virtual Items and Currency
All in-game items, currency (Gold, Vote Points, Crystals), and cosmetics are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. Any premium purchases are final — we do not offer refunds on digital goods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content — including house names, lore, character designs, and narrative text — is owned by Everspell Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Everspell Academy is an original creation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any existing intellectual property.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at any time and without prior notice. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at legal@everspellacademy.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Everspell Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everspell Academy and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
